We are a group of volunteers who believe that it is important to give back to our communities and encourage others to improve the lives of their fellow brothers and sisters. Many of us were born in Haiti and know first-hand the experiences and struggles that community residents face on a daily basis. We are blessed with certain opportunities than they are not and feel fortunate to give back to communities in dire need. Currently, we have a network of individuals throughout the U.S., Canada and the Carribean. We intend to expand this network as we spread our message of giving. Our organization is privileged to have a talented and forward-looking team dedicated to the service of others. We are hopeful others will be inspired as well to transform lives.

In many areas throughout Haiti, families are at high risk of starving and falling ill. Individuals lack the basic necessities to live normal lives. While we realize that we can only achieve so much with our own limited resources, we also believe that every little bit helps. Instead of sitting back, we believe it is important to raise awareness and do our part to make a long-lasting difference in the lives of so many who are in need. We provide non-perishable food (rice, beans, pasta, etc.), clothing, medical supplies and other personal items to families who are struggling to make ends meet. We work with spiritual and community leaders to manage the process. We hope you will join us in our cause to make many lives better.

F.O.C.O.M. is committed to strong transparency guidelines. We believe donors who contribute to a cause deserve to know how their donations are being spent and that the organization is transparent about their finances. That is why we ensure that every dollar raised is accounted for and goes to work where it is most needed. We report to all our members how each dollar is spent. Our donors are welcome to access these reports. The reports disclose specific details about spending for any and all activities.

We maintain ongoing dialogues with our representatives in Haiti to ensure that aid programs are being implemented effectively and to make certain that there are fair distributions of aid. We continually operate in this fashion to maintain the confidence of our donors.

We are proud of our openness. We believe it is critical to conduct good practices and foster trust not only to assure our sponsors but also to continue our work on behalf of those who are in great need.
